When you bring home a Dreamy Walls piece, quality doesn't stop at the doorstep. This guide tells you exactly what we cover, when, and why — no fine print buried at the bottom, no surprises when you need us.
We've written this the way we'd want to read it: honestly, clearly, and in plain language.
No-questions-asked guarantee
If it's visibly wrong when it arrives, we fix it. Full stop.
For any structural defect, frame issue, or visible finish defect reported within 2 weeks of delivery — we'll replace the product or refund you completely. No lengthy back-and-forth. No "please explain yourself." Just send us a photo or short video, and we'll take it from there.
This applies to manufacturing defects only — not damage caused after delivery. We think that's a fair line, and we're happy to explain it if you're ever unsure.

Why the time windows are different
We want you to know exactly when to contact us — and why. These windows aren't designed to protect us from you. They're designed to make sure every claim is assessed fairly, based on when a defect can realistically be identified.

48 hours — inspect on receipt
Surface finish on marble, colour or weave in fabric — these are visible the moment you open the box. We ask you to inspect immediately and report within 48 hours. Unboxing footage helps us process your claim the same day.

2 weeks — after assembly or placement
Frame cracks and structural defects sometimes only appear once a piece is assembled and placed. Two weeks gives you time to unpack, install, and inspect properly. If it's clearly our fault, no questions asked.
1yr
1 year — defects that emerge through use
Electrical failures, silvering degradation, stitching breakdown — none of these show up on delivery day. They appear after months of normal use. We give you a full year from delivery to identify and report them.

Gather your details
Your Order ID, the product name, and clear photos or a short video showing the issue. For marble and fabric surface defects, include your unboxing footage — it significantly speeds up processing.

Send everything to care@dreamywalls.in with the subject line: Warranty Claim — [Your Order ID]. That's it.

We take it from here
You'll hear from us within 24–48 hours with next steps. Most claims are resolved within 5–7 working days — with a replacement, repair, or refund depending on what's appropriate.
Note for marble & fabric claims: Please raise these within 48 hours of delivery and include unboxing footage if possible. This lets us process your claim immediately.

- This warranty is applicable for products purchased and delivered within India only.
- Valid for the original purchaser only. This warranty is non-transferable.
- Our liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
- Dreamy Walls (ArtisanFirst Designs) is not responsible for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from product use or failure.
- This warranty is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
- This warranty is void if the product has been modified, repaired, or tampered with by anyone other than Dreamy Walls or its authorised service partners.
