Design Story
Hive 24 is named for the 24 individual carved cells on the lamp base — each one hand-detailed, hexagonal, and slightly irregular at the edges as natural handwork always is. The honeycomb is one of nature's most efficient structures: maximum strength from minimum material. We borrowed that logic and applied it to a lamp base that is simultaneously robust and delicate. In warm light, the cells cast small shadows across each other. Off, it reads as pure sculpture.
